1. Prepare your dress, shoes and accessories

It all starts the night before! Make sure you have everything you need ready to go, especially your jewellery and shoes if you are having a photographer capture these (you may also want to include your wedding invitation).

This will prevent you running around searching for things on the morning of! NOTE: Make sure your bridal party and anyone else getting ready with you on the morning also have themselves organised - you will be surprised to hear about how many guests make it about themselves and end up stressing out the bride!

2. Allocate a guest to organise food and drinks

This is important! Don't forget to stay hydrated and have something to eat. A long day is ahead with lengthy moments without getting the chance to have a bite. Allocating a guest, family member or bridesmaid to either prepare some food or organise catering for you all to enjoy while getting ready is something not to be missed.

3. Relax

Sounds easy? But this can be a hard one if things aren't organised or if there are members of the bridal party or even your mum or mother-in-law making things stressful! Take the time to breathe and enjoy the morning with your closest and enjoy being pampered. Your vendors will make sure that everything is running to schedule.

4. Reach out to your future husband

There are no rules! Release any anxieties and send him a Good Morning text and share how excited you both are to be marrying each other in a few hours.

5. Get a good nights' sleep

Prepare for an early night, because it's a huge day ahead! If you are spending the night away from your partner, take the time to relax, have a bath and read a book before settling in for the night. Phones are your enemy and will keep you awake and overstimulated, so put yours away and enjoy your last night as a miss.
